John Hinderaker at Power Line is absolutely right: "Every time time a new poll is released, it is trumpeted as documenting a new low in the President's approval rating". The reality of numbers is different, though. And Bush "is not in a great position going into his last two years, but not in a terrible position, either". Mr. Prodi, in Italy, is performing much worse (after six months, not six years). And nobody is trumpeting anything.
